Human Resources

Human Resources is in charge of recruiting new members and interns. HR oversees communication between departments to ensure effective decision making.  The HR department also creates a policy handbook with description of organization, job functions, and structure for smoother transition between interns in a high turnover organization.  The department will also conduct evaluations of the interns and handle records of these evaluations.
